Custom Electronic Enclosure Specifications
While there is no minimum size requirement, our impressive large-format panel folders (press brakes) allow us to bend sheet metal into enclosures that are up to 55” wide by 100” tall. We can handle multi-unit orders as well, and understand the importance of delivering precision and consistency.
Our custom aluminum enclosures can be tailored to meet whatever your needs may be with the following features added:

Electronic Enclosure Materials
Our custom enclosures are fabricated from quality materials that are sourced from our trusted and established suppliers. Most of the custom electronic enclosures we manufacturer are made from powder coated aluminum or steel.
Aluminum – ideal for projects that require lighter weight, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity (for heat management), and non-magnetic properties.
Steel – offers excellent strength and rigidity, impact and vibration resistance, magnetic properties, and is cost-effective.
Both aluminum and steel can be powder coated. Other materials and finishes are available.
